Kamlangjai Project under the Royal Initiative of HRH Princess Bajarakitiyabha by Rights and Liberties Protection Department – Ministry of Justice,established the 1st career training in processing and applying Thai herbs at Kanchanaburi Central Prison (Female border) during 25 – 27 November 2020. There were 20 inmates joined this program instructed by Mrs. Tiwaporn Sriworakul and Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanchana Utchariyajit.
The experts explained the properties of various herbs, for example, cassumunar ginger - phlai, turmeric, bergamot and esldpagpon; and the process to become massage oil (to relieve from fatigue and pain; tendon inflammation, including muscles and joints) and yellow & green balm.
Some products from this training would be distributed at River Kwai Bridge Fair, Kamlangjai Project and Friends in Need (of “PA”) Volunteers Foundation.
