Career Preparing for Female Inmates in Rayong with Crepe and Bakery
20 Female inmates (with basic knowledge in pastry) at Rayong Central Prison attended the career training by Khun Yongyuth Prakorbsilp and Mrs. Sirin Prakorbsilp, a coffee shop & bakery owner "Inspire by INNER", on low-cost menus with no oven but beautiful and expensive i.e. rainbow crepe cake, long-roll crepes, long roll with caramel and cool crepes during 18 – 19 June 2017. They learnt from the beginning until packaging. On 19 June 2017 Major Ratthakit Jaijing – Rayong Superintendent, tasted the variety of crepes; and discussed on planning for new menus and distribution later. The new dishes will be tasted by Rayong inmates before for marketing research.
