Kamlangjai Set up Basic Business Plan to Rayong Inmates
Kamlangjai Project under the Royal Initiative of HRH Princess Bajarakitiyabha, Thai Health Promotion Foundation (Thai Health) and Department of Corrections together set up basic-business training to 18 male and 18 female inmates at Rayong Prison by 2 experts: Mr. Yongyuth Prakobsilp and Mr. Athithep Klinhom.
On the first day, the training educated about knowledge of planning and understanding the 4 needs of customers: basic need, standard need, desire and hidden need.
The experts reviewed and explained the business elements, production factor, SWOT analysis and business plan on 3 April 2018. The trainees helped to analyze their own business plans and exchanged previous experiences.
