On 25 January 2022, HRH Princess Bajarakitiyabha followed up the working progression at Pula Rayor Kalae Tapae Halfway Village (Pula kemen of Goat Island), Pariwat Alley, Bang Nak Sub- District Mueang Narathiwat District, Narathiwat. The island area size is 400 meters long and 50 meters wide or 13 rai 73 square wa situated along the Bang Nara River. Kamlangjai Project the Royal Initiative started the first day in 2020 and collaborated with the Department of Probation, Ministry of Corrections, civic officers, and private organizations to give vocational education and prepare  inmates for their healthy mind and succesfully return community after release.  
The Halfway House is the place where inmates benefit the integration of social service and rehabitation. They are fully educated with marketable job skills that might be outdated during arrest. Also, the place becomes a shelter for those who cannot return home for specific reasons; bad community environment that a former inmate can repeat their undesirable behavior or even family refutes. 
     The foundation of Pula Rayor Kalae Tapae Halfway House is based on social service. They work with strong network with other private and community stakeholders and contribute to inmate’s reentry program led by Mr Muhammadduerafi Samae, the halfway house leader, and Pol.Snr.Sgt.Maj. Mano Vareevanich, the halfway house chairman. Nowadays, the house offers job training for cracker cooking, vegetation, herbs, vetiver grass, fertilization, soil preparation, poultry, azolla, mushroom farm,  and seabass fishery. Apart from these training, house members and state officers altogether work on corporate social responsibilty program: community clean up project and cracker cooking session. 
The overall number of house member since the opening is 32 while 8 are sill active. Those former members are working in construction industry, fruit vending, military service, government office, and welding etc.
