From March 12 to 14, 2568, the Emotional Support Program, in collaboration with the Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA), conducted digital skills development training for prisoners at Khon Kaen Central Prison. Mr. Parinya Suwanachinkul, a senior executive officer, and Mr. Sippawit Kramakam served as trainers. The event was presided over by Ms. Sirirak Sunthongsiri, Director of the Health Services Division, on behalf of Mr. Chak Lim Bud, the director of Khon Kaen Central Prison. The training included creating engaging advertising content, product delivery methods, payment channels, and registering for electronic commerce (DBD Registered). Training content covered various checklists, including:
- Checklist 1: Finding products that match interests
- Checklist 2: Understanding the competition and oneself
- Checklist 3: Understanding customer purchasing decisions
- Checklist 4: Compelling content for successful sales
- Checklist 5: Starting a simple business with Facebook
- Checklist 6: Enhancing sales channels with Instagram
- Checklist 7: Building brand awareness with TikTok
- Checklist 8: Increasing sales and repeat purchases with Line OA
- Checklist 9: Effective closing techniques for sales

At the end of the training, two tests were conducted. The first test was from the ETDA with 20 questions, where all participants passed, with one scoring the maximum of 20 points. The second test, consisting of 55 questions from the Department of Skill Development, required answer submission and would announce results within 10 days. Participants who scored 70% or higher would receive a certificate from the Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Labor.
On March 13, 2568, trainers lectured on professional online marketing content creation, brand building, and the use of AI in online marketing. Participants engaged in practical workshops on techniques for presenting products online, divided into five small groups. They presented products from Khon Kaen Central Prison using live-streaming techniques. Key techniques for live-streaming included:
1. Preparing additional equipment for visual appeal.
2. Content preparation.
3. Captivating attention through enthusiastic introductions, welcoming statements, purpose declarations, and showcasing products.
4. Stimulating audience participation.
5. Interactive demonstrations of product samples.
6. Clear objectives that create curiosity, reiterating the purpose to emphasize special offers.
7. Maintaining audience numbers through continuous engagement and surprises.
8. Closing sales with special limited-time offers or order quantities to prompt immediate customer action.
9. After the live stream, creating highlight moments or short videos from the stream to share on TikTok, encouraging viewers to share their product experiences to validate quality.
On March 14, 2568, a workshop for live-stream presentations was conducted, culminating in a Live Commerce competition divided into five groups, each presenting different products or services: Group 1 sold knitted bags for Yeti cups, Group 2 sold balm, Group 3 offered fortune-telling, Group 4 sold mystical goods, and Group 5 sold camphor. The presentations were engaging, and the techniques learned were effectively applied. The winning group was Group 5, which successfully performed all nine live-streaming techniques, impressing both viewers and judges. They received the first-place award and will represent Khon Kaen Central Prison in creating live-streaming clips to compete with other prisons involved in the digital skills development program.
