This project received generous support from S&P Syndicate Public Company Limited, a renowned food, bakery, and beverage company operating for over 50 years. The company provided beverage-making training to 30 female inmates at Nakhon Pathom Central Prison, aiming to equip them with valuable skills to pursue a career after their release.
The training covered three beverage menus:
During the session, instructors shared expert techniques on how to select the sweetest and juiciest strawberries, as well as how to blend cream cheese for a perfectly balanced, rich, and delicious flavour. The trainees learned every step of the process, and every participant had the hands-on opportunity to practice making all of the featured menus.
