Gen. Paiboon Koomchaya (Former Minister of Justice) and Mr. Chanchai Chaiyanukit (Deputy Permanent Secretary for Justice) discoursed on the opening ceremony for The Conference on Global Commission on Drug Policy 6th Annual Report, led by Madame Ruth Dreifuss (Former Minister of Home Affairs and President of the Swiss Confederation) who currently serves as Chairman of the Global Commission on Drug Policy, with 150 attendees at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok on 5 April 2016.
