The Kamlangjai (Inspire) Project, through the Justice Innovation Development Division of the Office of the Permanent Secretary for Justice, collaborated with the Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA) to organize a digital skills development training program for inmates. The training was held from June 10 to 12, 2026, at the Central Women's Correctional Institution in Bangkok.
Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony was presided over by Ms. Walaonluck Chumchuen, Director of the Central Women's Correctional Institution. Ms. Nutchanart Nichpiam, Director of the Inmate Development Division, delivered the official report, followed by an introduction to the digital skills activities by Mr. Parinya Suwannachinkul, Senior Executive Officer of the Electronic Transactions Capacity Development Department.
Course Curriculum and Content
Guest speakers provided comprehensive knowledge based on ETDA’s specialized curriculum titled "11 Checklists to Conquer Online Business." This end-to-end e-commerce course covered everything from product sourcing to efficient business management. Key topics included:
Interactive Workshop and Live Commerce Competition
The training featured practical workshops focusing on online product presentation techniques, culminating in a Live Streaming Workshop.
A Live Commerce Competition was held among the participants. The winning group, "Sai Jai Handmade Bags," was selected to officially represent the Central Women's Correctional Institution in a nationwide inter-prison competition scheduled for mid-2026.
